INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ORDER AND SHIP A FIREARM ONLINE
Buying a firearm online is actually very easy, however there are a few facts that you should know:
The Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) only considers the part of the gun that contains the Serial Number to be a gun. All AR-15 style rifles have the serial number on the Lower Receiver. This part of the gun can only be shipped to an individual, gun store, shop or dealer in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).
NOTICE: ALL COMPLETE RIFLE SYSTEMS AT REBEL ARMS ARE SOLD IN 2 PARTS
1) Complete Lower Receiver - this part must be shipped to a FFL holder. 2) Complete Upper Receiver - this part can be shipped to you, the purchaser. WE DO NOT SELL LOWER RECEIVERS TO ANYONE WHO LIVES IN CALIFORNIA OR NEW JERSEY At your request Rebel Arms will transfer and ship your purchased lower receiver to a licensed gun dealer in your state.
ITEMS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1) Arrange, prior to your purchase, an FFL dealer who will accept and transfer the gun to you. This means that you must locate an FFL and make sure they will accept the gun for you and transfer the gun to you. 2) Contact the FFL dealer prior to purchase 3) When the gun arrives at the FFL, you must arrange a time when you can pick up the lower receiver and complete the necessary paperwork 4) It is customary for any FFL dealer to charge you a transfer fee at the time of pick-up. 5) You are responsible to pay the transfer fee - this fee is NOT included in the purchase on RebelArms.com INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Find a local dealer who will receive and accept your firearm 2. Arrange with him the transfer of the firearm from Rebel Arms to him 3. Let them know you would like him to receive shipment of your firearm from Rebel Arms. 4. Make sure you ask them about the transfer fee and agree to pay this fee at the time of pick-up. 5. Purchase and pay for your Rebel Arms rifle system or complete lower receiver on RebelArms.com 6. When paying for your firearm, RebelArms.com has the ability to complete and ship your order to 2 different addresses. 7. IN THE SHOPPING CART CHOOSE: "CHECK OUT WITH MULTIPLE ADDRESSES" 8. Create an new account (or returning customers may log in)
9. ***YOU WILL SEND ANY UPPER RECEIVER TO YOUR ADDRESS*** 10. ***YOU WILL SEND ANY LOWER RECEIVER TO THE FFL ADDRESS*** 11. Pay for your firearms - you pay Rebel Arms at the time of checkout with a valid credit card. 12. Provide the FFL our mailing address and toll-free fax number. 13. Make sure the FFL faxes us a copy of his Federal Firearms License

When you accept the firearm from the FFL it is considered used. Any problems that you may encounter after accepting from the FFL must go through our Warrantee Service. Please inspect the firearm. In the unlikely circumstance there is a problem or defect, do not accept it. We will send out a shipping label to the FFL for a return to our shop. You can then decide whether you would like a replacement or a refund, send us an email @ support@rebelarms.com
